After having worked with countless methodologies and hundreds of managers around the world, our conclusions were always the same. All leadership evaluation systems are based on subjective assessments, which incorporate prejudices.

Our concern to develop more reliable systems led us to LabLeni, the laboratory belonging to the Polytechnic University of Valencia, global pioneer in the use and development of the latest technologies in Virtual Reality, Sensory Stimulation and Behavior Measurement. Thanks to this joint partnership we were able to develop a neuroscientific methodology based on the generation of virtual environments, in order  to generate stimuli in the participants and to collect neurophysiological and behavioral data automatically, and thus avoiding subjectivity and biases while ensuring that all participants are evaluated under the same conditions.

How do we obtain objective data?
